Well it is constructor: Underworld. And I am pretty sure it was made by Infogrames, as it says so on the box on my shelf

I think we are talking about two different games. You are talking about Constructor, and I am talking about Constructor Underworld. Also called Street Wars.

I simply accepted the bid for constructor, but maybe that was a bit misleading.

My bad.
I just found the official site, and they call it Mob Rule. No wonder confusion is abundant...
