So I think eMTe is playing a trick on us, as we do not have the game or a remake of the game on this site but a similar named game...

This is gonna be fairly easy:
edit: ok, nevermind, I checked, it's Cross Country (Road) Race... Had both games on pirated cassette and if memory serves well they were next to each other...

Ohh, ohh, I know that one.... It's... it's... what the heck is it callled...
Aztec Challenge? The last level.
Oh, and regarding Pitfall... I was playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance on the 360, and at one point you're trapped in Arcade's Murderworld, and, among other objectives, you have to complete a game of Pitfall (a bit easier than the original). So fun!
