eMTe wrote: Other important rules:

When posting a gamesuggestion for the site please include as much info as possible, for example:

-genre
-who made it
-one or more screenshots
-release date
-game's status (freeware, I think it's freeware, etc.)
-download link (hold on to the link, as we might want to get the download from you instead of downloading it from somewhere else)
Just to remind you of your own rules... ;)

I think it's annoying when we have a lot of threads here that contain nothing but a download link. And in case that we accept the game and add it to our own database we will delete the download link and link to our own site. So it will leave new users without any basic informations at all.

Edit: Ok, there is a screenshot (I didn't see it first because I wasn't logged in). But some more informations would be nice...

Ooh, I perfectly remember "my own" rules... But sometimes I have so little time that I submit the game just to let the world know that such game exists. Jumping on forum - posting - leaving. And then I forget where have I left incomplete info... :(

Small reminder is always useful... So if you find any more submissions with no info just let me know, possibly via pm.

An me too
I am terrible with doing the same thing. I just saw bomberman x-mas...

Maybe we should make an individual thread where we can post links to games that we stumbled on, so we can make request threads for them when we have time to do it properly? I know there is the mulitple suggestions thread.... but could that be used?

An extra thread just for links to games might be a good idea. Very often I don't open submission-threads at all, because I don't have the time to look for the infos that are needed.
If we'd have an extra thread for that games any user could look at them, maybe try them and if he/she thinks it is worth playing open a "real thread" for that game by themselves.

I think we have to assume that the one that actually drops the link will have to be the one making the thread... Even though we are actually covered in the submission field. We can actually differentiate between the one that submitted and the one that found the game...

I think the discussion is very off-topic in this thread (sorry for starting this). Maybe we should move it to an own thread or to the GH-forum (including the posts we made by now)?

I played the game again and I really have to say that I like it, because it doesn't get frustrating. It isn't too hard in the first levels and even if you die you can start again from the last savepoint (the game saves automatically).

And I like the graphical style and the way the character is animated. It really looks cool in some situations...

Normally I hate such graphical style, but in this game everything works and looks good together.

Must play it some day again. Must play anything some day. :?

I find the graphics of this platform shooter to be too much in my face. But it has cuteness, it has its own distinct style and it has decent challenge, especially in later levels. There are other platform shooter I'd pick over this one certainly.

I just tried this out. The game is repatitive, and that kills the replayability, but then again it might just tickle you that you never made it past that particular boss, so you might want to have another go.
It has some different ways to the same gameplay, as you start out walking around to get your bike back, and once you do you bike around. That makes for some cool gameplay. It is a sidescroller, so you make your own speed in the game, which also is nice.
