@Raillo: It was eMTe who asked about the windbreaker. But anywho...
Kiddo is still sick and me too, so energylevels are at an alltime low. Spend 2½ hours sitting with Anna this night and had to go in to her room to her 10 times. A new high....
She has slept through most of today though, which has given me time to relax a bit too. Though I only had enough energy to lie on the couch and watch movies... (The final Countdown, Sniper 1+2).
Still feel like crap and running a fever from time to time doesn't help.
However I was pleased to see all the changes made (that I spotted so far), though I can see some issues (already mentioned by Maz himself).
I started playing a little Last Scenario yesterday and I hope to get some time to play some more later today...(tonight).

Slept four hours last night, which is the longest sleep I've had for three days. After I started coughing, it seems to be going a little better. I'm weak, and my head hurts terribly, but I can actually sit up now... I can't look at this screen for long though, what with the headache, so off I go to entertain myself in some other way.

How I feel with you Scythe...
Anna and I are both recovering from the same thing, and tonight I got to sleep all through the night. AMAZING FEELING!
Anna slept through yesterday (she was awake a grand total of 4½ hours) so I am hoping that this means she got it out of her system.

I am beginning to think this is some kind of conspiracy against CWF people... My whole family (including me) is ill... Fever, mucus, headache and generally terrible feeling. kids not sleeping does definitely not good in this situation...
My obsession network related programs and protocols has created these:
epb - Ethernet Packet generator (and more)
nsn - Network status monitoring tool for linux
thongs-sniffer - network sniffing and traffic analyzing tool + ethernet packet crafter for linux (derived from nibbles)
nibbles - UDP print listener + something else
Foreverlasting projects:

Well my doctor told me it was a virus, so... Maybe it was a different kind of virus than he thought
Both me and Anna are just coughing today and have no other issues. We went to my dads place for dinner yesterday and that did Anna a good deal of good. I felt like crap, but she had a marvelous time and that helped me get through it.
Right now I think I will go dive back into Stranded II for some relaxing game-time.
Feel better everyone!

I am having the same issue due to Stranded 2.
But I am still spending time in here every day and getting some more reading-related things done. So just becasue you dont read me doesn't mean I am not here.

Well, I'd almost say that somehow the posts are spreading the sickness...like everyone sat in the same barstool at the Inn
I've been really wrapped up in the easiness and consistant crashing of Blue Dragon, and the plagued by horrendous nightmares of piloting the Mako in Mass Effect recently. BTW Scythe, you weren't kidding about the Mako...eesh...It's like they took this amazing concept for a vehicle and said, now let's make it totally not driveable...and let's also make the camera swivel so that when you really need to see what's going on you're stuck looking at the bottom of the vehicle...
Sorry to hear that everyone has not been feeling too well, how bout a shot of Benilyn on me?!?
I'd like to be getting back to CWF soon, but my work schedule stinks. Right now we're neck deep in our work on this conversion project, that is due in November, and the tools they gave us are really bad. However, I think I get to keep my job longer since I got the fangled tool working yesterday and it should allow us to work a bit better. Speaking of work though, I really should be getting back to it, I've had a few people already looking over my shoulder to see what I am doing...ick...

But snce it is not out on PC you can still find me here. But if and when it does appear on PC I will most definently disappear for some time.
I have been working my *ss off in here these last two days if anybody failed to notice and the kiddo was only better for a couple of days, now she is down with fever again so life is pretty cooped up in the apartement anyway.
Sunday we will go househunting with a real estate agent, so that should be fun. There are some really nice houses that we are looking at currently. Maybe I will post some links to let you see.

Well we are still looking. None of the three houses (he got us to look by a 4th that was out of the question) was THE ONE. They all had individual flaws that we were not ready to live with. One of them had the very huge disadvatage of a too high price.
We are looking at two other houses at the moment. Prices just dropped once more so we are hopping to be able to afford better houses soon. Only problem of course is that our apartement drops in value too. But we should be able to get by.
Here is a link to the house we are currently looking at.
http://www.estate-maeglerne.dk/maegler/ ... snr=105690
Here is the pictures:
http://www.estate-maeglerne.dk/maegler/ ... snr=105690
And here is the floorplan:
http://www.estate-maeglerne.dk/maegler/ ... snr=105690
Explanation:
Udestue= A addition where you can feel like you are outside but still inside. See the wooden thing on the side of the house on the pics...Thats it.
Stue= Living room
Værelse= Room (Is basically bedrooms but with an opening to use for other things when used like this.)
Soveværelse= Bedroom (Master bedroom)
Bryggers= A place where your washer and dryer would most likely be.
Køkken= Kitchen
Entre= Well hallway..
Bad= Bathroom (Toilet would have been used when describing something without a bath/shower).
The measurements is of course using the metric system. 3 feet aprox one meter.
The numbers under the picture in the first link is:
How many squarefeet the house is: 109
How many the yard/grounds are: 700
Livingrooms and bedrooms: 1/3
Built in: 1966
In cash: 2.685.000 danish kroner.
Downpayment: 135.000
And the rest is just calculations on the rent. Since we wont be paying just the 135.000 in downpayments they dont apply top us.
Hopefully we can get up to 1.000.000 cash in the hand for the downpayment for our apartement.
Oh and I wont translate the whole text into English. I can tell you it is a nice neighbourhood with lots of children nearby and lots of green areas which I love.
Oh and the whole things has been renovated within this millenium more or less.

Looks like a really nice place from the pictures, hope you get it, have you already gone to look at it in person yet??
The place also looks accomodating for children too, I know if I lived close by I'd be over all the time to play on the swingset
Thanks for the translations as well, google is usually no help in translations...for some single words it is okay, other times not so nice.

We haven't seen it in person yet but we hope to do so in the coming week.
We have decided to put our apartement up for sale, so when it finally gets sold then we move to a rented apartement if we cannot find any house during the transferperiod.
We can find some really good rented apartements in our area so Anna can still stay in the daycare place where she is starting this month. And that would give us the freedom and safety of knowing exactly how much we have on our hands financially since the apartement was already sold. It would also remove the haste of having to find something before the take-over date which might lead to us buying something that we regret later on because we were in a hurry.
But this house looks good. We drove past it (I mean past it literally) today to see how it looked on the outside. And it does look good so this might be something.

After about 15 hours with GTA IV I'm finally starting to get used to the driving controls. Let's just say they're... challenging. I know for a fact that I'll never get used to controls on foot. They plain suck. And the camera is a... uhm, I was going to say something not very nice, that's what you get for playing GTA. Cameras suck.
Seems to me that most of the "new" features were lifted straight from Saint's Row. SR being a GTA clone, I guess they can just copy each other to death.
But, I like the story, the protagonist, the NPCs and that it's considerably easier than earlier GTAs so far.
I'll be back after more bitch slapping, home wreckin' action.
