Nope. It is a French Cartoon, but it is published lots of places. I will accept your own national title for the cartoon as it is named differently in pretty much each country,

It is actually the most misleading frontpage of them all. The series is about two astronauts... A man and a woman. I am not gonna give any more clues for now. This should be enough.

Oh, I nearly forgot about this thread...

I thought about it again and it might be "Valérian et Laureline". At least this is the only french comic character I know that is an astronaut. But I don't know if there is a cartoon about him?

How did I miss this one... Yes it is indeed that cartoon PA. In Denmark it is called Linda og Valentin. But you found the correct title. It is not only about him, but he is just the one depicted in the frontpage. Actually I am not even sure it is him.
