No, it's not Munich, he looks a lot different in that movie. Hint: He's wearing a suit in this movie also at some points, I almost put a screenshot from such part, but I guess that would've made it even more difficult as it would've still been clear that this is not Casino Royale...
I have this nagging feeling I've already used this movie in this thread already...

If that's so, Scythe, Christian Bale should be the little boy, and thirteen years old... But hmm... He was in that movie though.. But I don't think it looks that old...

No, but now I wish I had posted something from Equilibrium...fantastic movie...this is kinda difficult, so I'll add that the guy that plays Wolverine in X-Men is also in this movie...
