In fact it is a cover drawing. I took it because the artist (Tim Bradstreet) drew most of the covers for this comic series and they have a high recognation value.

One clue: There was a movie with the same name some years ago (starring Keanu Reeves)...

Oh, you're right. The movie was named "Constantine". In fact the name of the comic book series is "Hellblazer" (or "John Constantine - Hellblazer"). But your answer was close enough.

Well in Denmark he is called "Kasket Carl" - which translates to "Cap Carl" (Cap as in the hat).
But in English his name is Andy Capp, which actually sounds a lot like handicap....

I just can tell that the artist who made this was Gary Larson, but I don't know the name of the album...
